I thought I’d just share it, because well, where would you find a fan who knows tumblr, if not on tumblr xD

AQuietJoy: On-line Literary Magazines - submit submit submit, resistance is futile
I often find myself reading way more than I should, both at home, on the road and while working and I’m always itching to write something somewhere. Most of the time due to the convenience size I chose to carry my iPod touch with me everywhere I go —and when the mood strikes, it’s there and it never fails me unless the battery is about to die.
There is life beyond tumblr, there are avenues that will test your wherewithal and spirit, your literary chops, and writing talent. The one thing all of these literary sites I have listed here, will most definitely do is test your courage. If that is too hard on you, and you’re uncomfortable in testing your courage, then I suggest you investigate some of these interesting sites that I have found helpful and useful.
Some have even taken submissions from me, but I am not in any way shape or form endorsing any of them, they all happen to be sites I’ve stumbled across and I’m just passing them along. Have a wonderful day see you all tomorrow.

This site is geared more to those interested in movie scripts / television
I made these journals. I don’t know if anybody else would find them useful, but they really help me when I’m trying to come up with ideas. They remind me to trust my imagination and not stress out so much.

Cherry Bomb Zine needs your submissions! If you want to write something for the zine but don’t know where to start, think about how you feel about sexuality and the media’s portrayal, how you portray your sexuality, body image, how you found riot grrrl, what you feel is most empowering/discouraging about identifying as a girl/woman, role models, rape culture, harassment, girl love, or anything else you can think of. We want to hear your voice! Your opinion matters.

The above photograph took four years to make.
In January of 2008 I started writing with serious intent. I set out to make a book, something like the ones I saw on bookshelves I shuffled my feet in front of. I wrote my first short story called ‘The End’ and it was about a man in white who had taken four people hostage and in the end they all died. Nothing special, it didn’t make it into the book, but it exists as proof of a starting point of something I set out to do, and, for once, finished. I’m proud of myself, and I have never felt that way. Usually I don’t see things through. I get bored or distracted or lazy and whatnot and end up with a bunch of half-finished bullshit that I tuck away. But this I did and this I did well.
All the books are written, designed, printed, bound, and distributed by me, as it should be. Even the cover is one of my paintings. It doesn’t have everything I’ve written, only what I thought was the best. It’s 135 pages, about 5”x7”, and completely handmade. They are now available in TheShop. Two Sample Stories:
From Dead River to Crazy Creek
The moon plays Cupid.Thank you to everyone that supported and read my work. The people I’ve met here are fantastic and have really pushed me to be better and to want better, with extra love going to the following: Her, Her, Her, Her, Him, and Him. They were the the ones that kept me writing when I wanted to quit, all those times- and I don’t think they know that.
